Due to the illness of our beloved friend Jesse Ballenger,I am going to take it upon myself to bend a rule in this years State Championship....Mike Smith (whom did not use a sub for Jesse in 2008) will be allow to fish the 2008 J-BAIT with Stacy Ballenger (Jesse's Brother).
