Comments Fishing Report

Everyone pulled out at 3:00 pm! We had Varner to ourselves for 3 hours! Who knew? 5 fish for a total of 15 lbs, biggest was right at 5 lbs. All but one were caught on topwater except for the one caught on a watermelon green/bkack flake Arkie salty crawlin grub around the Flat Rock Rd. bridge in 8 to 10 feet of water. Rest were cullled by a (no longer available) Heddon baby torpedo, sparkle shad. (reflective coating of lure is moldied underneath clear plastic cover) Most were taken past flat rock road bridge two to three hours before sunset. Tight lines!
