I have 2 swivel seat bases with ball bearing swivels attached. These came off of a Tracker Panfish 16 and are the base where you can store a tackle box, anchor or other items under the seat base. These are not pedestal bases. They are 13" high and the opening for storage is 7" high. $30.00 for the pair. They are located in Duluth Ga. Any questions Email me at dperr@charter.net or call.
